Frontier Airlines is "A whole different animal". The concept is based on the tails on Frontier's aircraft - something that has always set Frontier Airlines apart from other airlines - and uses those images to establish Frontier as being different from their competitors. The planes have all types of animals on them -- from a dolphin, to a swan, to a buffalo, and all sort of animals in between. Frontier Airlines has set up a simple, user-friendly web site at www.frontierairlines.com. It is low on graphics, so it loads up quickly. It provides online reservations, schedule information (using an interactive route map), frequent flier information, company profile/news, and investor relations information. It also makes sure to tell you about its number one on-time performance--something that Frontier Airlines is understandably very proud of.

Frontier offers its own frequent flyer program, EarlyReturns, which offers one of the fastest reward programs in the industry. You can earn a free trip anywhere on Frontier's domestic route system at just 15,000 miles. We recommend this web site for its fun and interactive reservations system. Origin and destination cities are entered by clicking on a map, and dates are selected by clicking on the calendar provided. The system guides you through a few step to book your travel. Parts of the system is still being tested, so it still can't handle special cases like traveling with a large group or special discounts. But in general, the system is fun, easy to use and works well.
