Amis Park Located only 4 miles from Days Inn, the park offers public tennis courts, basketball courts, ball fields, in-line hockey rink, public pool, picnic areas and a playground. Beech River Lakes There are 7 lakes in the Lexington area. All the lakes provide facilities for public use and enjoyment. All the lakes and their adjacent property's are open to swimming, in season hunting, fishing, boating, hiking and picnicking. Water skiing can be enjoyed at Beech Lake, Pine Lake and Pin Oak Lakes. Beech Lake is located only 2 miles west of Days Inn off of Highway 412. Shiloh Battlefield Located only 10 miles from Days Inn, Natchez Trace is the state's largest and most visited park. Inside the park you will find 35 miles of hiking trails, a wrangler camp, equestrian center and an archery range. Pickwick Dam Located 3 miles east of Days Inn, Eastgate Lanes offers loads of enjoyment for your family, with a Grille/Snack bar, video games, pool tables and Cyber bowling (Saturday 10pm-1am) all in their newly remodeled building. Hunting Falcon Ridge Golf Course is located 15 miles from Days Inn off Highway 104 N. The course is truly unique and will enhance the pleasure and appreciation of your golfing experience. This is the site of the famous December 31, 1862 battle by Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest. Available at the front desk are maps for a self-guided driving tour of the area. Natchez Trace State Park The museum is only 1/2 block from the hotel and features exhibits depicting life of early settlers in Henderson County, Civil, WWII and Vietnam exhibits and a life-size scale of a cabin build with the logs of Henderson County's first homestead.
