  • Junior Suites are located in the tower in various areas of the building and a variety of views which include the State Capitol building and/or Lake Mendota. There is nothing Junior about these two room suites however! Each comes with a king bed located in the private bedroom and a livingroom with queen size sofa sleeper, dining table and second television. Some have second bathrooms or a walk-in kitchenette featuring wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave and serving dishes.   • Lakefront Doubles have a full view of beautiful Lake Mendota and the Edgewater Pier.     Our bellman or concierge will be pleased to assist you with transportation arrangements to local attractions within a 3.5 mile radius on a first come, first serve basis. However, The Edgewater does sit nearby many shops, museums, and restaurants within walking distance. The Edgewater Hotel provides complimentary limousine and/or van service to and from the airport for hotel guests with reservations. The hotel is located only 3.5 miles from the Dane County regional airport. Driving from MSN, you will come to the end of International Drive where you want to turn left onto Northport Drive which splits into the name change of Gorham Street, approximately three miles. Turn right onto Wisconsin Avenue and travel two blocks to the end where it meets Langdon Street at the Lake where the Edgewater sits and park underneath the hotel free of charge with plate registration. Taxis are always readily available from the airport from several companies ranging in share riding prices of $11 to $19. Overlooks beautiful Lake Mendota, easy walking distance to shops, theatres and the University of Wisconsin campus. Madison Municipal Airpport (MSN) - 5 Miles

    Admiralty Dining Room  Overlooking Lake Mendota and the twinkling lights over the water is a restaurant created to match the traditional service of Chicago's famous Drake Hotel restaurant of yester year. Its evening cuisine is European & Continental with classics such as Beef Wellington and Steak Diana. The Admiralty is open every day of the year serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and an outrageous Sunday Brunch. Each Friday and Saturday plus Sunday brunch features live grand piano music to accompany your exquisite dining experience. Please consult the seasonal room directory for hours of operation. Room service is available from 6:30 AM to 10 PM. The Pier  The Pier which jets out over the water of Lake Mendota is open mid-April through Labor day for lunch and weather permitting, opening at 4PM throughout the rest of September . Its not unusual for a colorful sailboat to dock up for lunch or a superb sunset. The Pier serves grilled sandwiches including Bratwurst (a Wisconsin tradition!), salads, appetizers to eat under the cabana umbrella tables or to-go. Enjoy the casual laid-back atmosphere while enjoying a craft beer or specialty blended drink and listening to local oldies radio station that plays many of the Beach Boy classic summer songs! The Cove Lounge  The Cove Lounge is breathtaking when you walk inside..with its full window access to the Lake view! Perfect for sitting by the fireplace on one of the relaxing tapestry couches or chairs with hurricane lamps on each table, nostalgic of the 1940's. This lounge has been the winner, several years running for the best martini in town by local Madison Magazine readers. The Cove serves from 11 AM to Midnight each day and provides appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and local craft beers as well as a large selection of wine vintages.

Most meeting rooms have high-speed internet, electronic screens, adjustable lighting and PA. Audio-visual equipment is available with advance notice with podium and standard microphone provided complimentary. Our banquet staff is finely trained by our Executive Chef of over 12 years catering to all your desires with our high standards. We provide only the most freshest regional ingredients in our cuisine.

  • Neptune's Ballroom
  •   Neptune's Ballroom is 5,760 square feet holding banquets for up to 400, theatre up to 500, and classroom for 200. Electronic screen, adjustable lighting, high-speed internet outlets, PA system, service dock. This flexible room can be divide into 1, 2 or 3 equal sections for breakouts or simultaneous events. The Atlantic room section overlooks our flowered water fountains and the State Capitol building.

  • Commodores Room
  •   The smallest of private rooms holds 12 for a board meeting or 16 as a private dining room overlooking the lake. Captain's Table: Holding private dining for up to 40 persons or a board meeting for 22, this room is adjacent to the famous Admiralty Dining Room and overlooks the lake. This room has an electronic screen and a high-speed internet plug.

  • Holiday Board Room
  •   This is perfect for the private office during your conference or a secluded meeting for up to 20 persons conference style with a private bath, wet bar with mini-fridge, television, and white board. Two phone lines can be used for a fax machine in addition to your private extension. This room is located on level one of the tower building away from the public access of the lobby.

  •   This room can be divided into two smaller breakout rooms for up to 30 or used as a larger room for up to 50. Private rooms with built in buffet cabinet and wet bars.

  • Rigadoon Room
  •   This room has a wonderful 1940's ambiance with its wall sconces and natural wood. It is located just above the Pier with a full-on view of the Lake which is breathtaking! This room can also be used as a breakout room for 20 persons classroom with electronic screen.
