The Pines Lodge was built in 1989 (originally Camberly Lodge). It was renovated in 2003. It is a beautiful property in an amazing setting. The Pines Lodge invokes a feeling of a deluxe European chalet with hand paintings along hallways and on guest room doors. The Pines Lodge is a ski in/out property which uses Strawberry Park chairlift for easy access. Take Pena Boulevard from DIA to Interstate 70 (I-70) west.Proceed for approximately 120 miles (estimated time: 2 hours 15 minutes) to the Avon exit, 167.Enter the roundabout and continue left. You will be heading south, and should go back under I-70. Continue straight on this road through 4 more roundabouts, after which you will see the entrance to Beaver Creek.After passing through the Welcome Gate at the entrance to Beaver Creek, continue up Village Road to Scott Hill Road which will be on your right.Take a right turn onto Scott Hill Road which winds around to the left. Continue to the end of the road (not very far) and you will see the Pines Lodge on the left. After leaving Eagle County Regional Airport, turn right and begin traveling east on US-6 towards US-6/Grand Ave. Turn left onto Eby Creek Rd. Take the I-70 East ramp towards Denver. Merge onto I-70 East. Take Exit 167 (Avon) and turn right at the end of the off ramp. Proceed through the town of Avon (straight through three more roundabouts) after which you will see the entrance to Beaver Creek.After passing through the Welcome Gate at the entrance to Beaver Creek, continue up Village Road to Scott Hill Road which will be on your right.Take a right turn onto Scott Hill Road which winds around to the left.
