  •   The Warwick Regis Hotel has four function rooms: Act 1, Encore, Directors and Stage rooms. The square footage for each room is 520, 520, 240 and 400 respectively. The Act 1 and Encore rooms may be combined to create one large meeting and banquet room that can host up to 65 people for banquets, 120 theatre style, 72 classroom style and up to 50 U-shape or conference style. The exclusive Directors Room features an antique English directors' table with a hand-tooled leather top and 14 Chippendale chairs. The Stage Room is ideal for private parties and banquets of up to 30 people and can accommodate U-shape and T-shape meetings for up to 24 people.
