CAPITOLA :  King bed with fireplace and double shower in the bath. This room is a very elegant, contemporary style room with neutral beach colors of sand, taupe and white. The King-size handmade metal bed has heavy, taupe colored bed drapes over crisp white linen drapes. It has a stuffed chair and ottoman with a round beach ball pillow, shell shaped wall sconces, a large window seat with over-stuffed pillows, white shuttered windows and a lighted coffered ceiling. COSTA DEL SOL :  King bed with fireplace and a double shower in the bath. A touch of sunny Spain with yards of bright blue and yellow fabric draping a half canopy over a King-size bed (or 2 twin beds), bed skirt, and elegant balloon draperies. Enjoy the warmth of a Mediterranean tiled gas fireplace from the two cozy overstuffed chairs. The Spanish terra-cotta tiled balcony is dotted with hand-painted Old World blue and white tiles. Imported Portuguese tiles are inlaid into tumbled marble on the floors of the private bathroom and 2-person shower. COTE D*AZUR :  Queen bed with fireplace and patio with hot tub. The feeling of this room is sun-drenched St. Tropez, with the cool soft colors of the French Riviera: Sea foam green and a white-washed terra cotta. The handmade iron bed is draped with fabric and verdigris metal vines. The carpeted bed area is separated from the Mediterranean tiled sitting area by Romanesque columns hand painted with bay leaf vines. (The white-washed terra cotta tiles of the sitting area are covered with a needlepoint rug.) This room*s patio looks out onto our beautiful main garden area and has a private outdoor whirlpool tub for two. DELFT :  Queen bed with fireplace and patio with hot tub. All rooms are intended to pamper guests, and they do! Our Delft room is designed to resemble a summer home on the coast of Holland. It*s our most spacious suite and has a ten foot high lighted coffered ceiling. It is decorated in a blue and white chintz fabric and has a queen sized feather bed surrounded by floor to ceiling crisp white Belgium linen bed drapes. The fireplace is surrounded by Blue and White Delft tiles imported from Holland. French doors open onto a private patio with deep two person whirlpool spa. Room rates include an elegant breakfast graciously served in the dining room, or brought to your room, afternoon wine and hors d*oeuvres, and an evening dessert. KYOTO :  Our Japanese themed room with queen bed, fireplace and garden. Traditional Japanese decor. Full Shoji screen wall opening onto Zen garden with seven rare bamboo species and wood deck. Bath is dark slate with separate shower and shoji enclosed deep soaking tub for 2 overlooking a small private garden, the living room and gas fireplace. Platform bed with futon appearance covered with royal purple bed covering. End tables have carp fish artwork lamps. The living room, overlooking the Zen garden, has an antique stepped tonsu covered with a beautiful silk obi, two uniquely designed chairs with royal purple upholstery, a hibachi converted to a coffee table and a tokonomo (shrine) with its traditional scroll, flower arrangement and teak platform completing the ambiance. LIBRARY :  Queen bed with fireplace and a twin in the loft. Designed to resemble a library-two-tiered room. This room has a separate sitting area with comfortable chairs for reading. Lots of books decorate this room. Separate loft area with a twin size bed and TV. The decor of the loft is a Orient Express Sleeping car with wood bed frame and gold and red drapes. This room is equipped with air conditioning. PARIS :  Queen bed with fierplace and double shower. Designed to resemble a luxurious Parisian apartment, it has high ceilings and ornate moldings. It*s a very romantic suite at night because of the glow of the see-through gas log fireplace in the center of the room which divides the sitting area from the sleeping area. A very elegant room, done in just two colors, black and white. The suite*s walls are upholstered with a handmade French toile fabric which matches the furniture, bedspread and half canopy over the featherbed. The bath has black and white marble tiles. French doors open onto our patio garden. PORTOFINO :  Queen bed with fireplace and patio with hot tub. Our Portofino room has camel-colored thick plastered walls to resemble an old world Italian villa. The frescoed wall above the fireplace mantle is hand-painted with a grape wreath. The heavy drapes and the small sofa at the foot of the bed facing the gas log fireplace have a camel colored Italian print fabric. The focal point of the room is hand-made wrought metal framed bed sculpted with metal grape leaves and vines and a white lace canopy. French doors open onto a private patio with a typically Italian garden and a deep two person whirlpool. RR BARON :  Queen bed with fireplace and large soaking tub. This is the re-creation of an intimate, plush railroad baron*s Pullman car during the late 1800*s when the wealthy railroad barons traveled in luxury and opulence. It is royal red with fabrics of damask and silk and has rich woods with gold leafing, upholstered walls with ornate moldings and over-stuffed chairs of red tufted velvet. The sitting area is separated from the sleeping area by white columns with heavy gold silk draperies tied back with hand-embroidered tassels. Above the bed is a lighted, domed ceiling. It has a standing balcony with a metal-work railing designed to look like the end of a railway car. The large, white marble bathroom has a two person soaking tub under a sky light. SISSINGHURST :  Queen bed with fireplace and patio with hot tub. Our colorful English garden room is a fascinating room with bright rose colored floor-to-ceiling bed drapes, a floral print fabric on the window drapes and a *Hollyhock* wallpaper border. Hand-painted tiles surround the gas log fireplace, which is at eye level from the bed. French doors open onto a typically English garden with Hollyhocks, Foxgloves and a Boxwood hedge. The private patio has a deep two person whirlpool tub. STRATFORD :  Queen bed, fireplace and a double shower in the bath. The green trellised wallpaper gives the room the look of an English cottage, having an English chintz fabric with a black background and large pink cabbage roses. The balloon-shaded large window seat is filled with over-stuffed pillows with a fabric that matches the window treatment, the bed skirt and the half canopy over the bed. It has a white marble gas log fireplace and the lighted, coffered ceiling gives the room an open, airy feeling. VALENCIA :  Queen suite with fireplace, soaking tub, deck and a partial ocen view. An elegance reminiscent of the Mediterranean Riviera, this upscale one-bedroom suite with separate living room and dining area is a cross between the Old World Portofino and Spain*s new contemporary design. The blue and gold fabric is dramatic against the dark, royal blue carpet. The large 2-person deep soaking tub is glassed-in to look out to the gas-burning fireplace of the living room. Mounds of blue and gold pillows adorn the queen sized bed. A private deck offers a peek of the ocean.
